Sey, Essa Bokarr

Essa Bokarr Sey was born in Kuntaya. He studied at Armitage High School, served in The Gambia National Gendarmerie before going to the Gambia College in 1990. He served as a teacher and a diplomat before seeking for asylum in The USA.
